from Sears Year / Model Reviewed: 2002 Summary: Have had this for a couple of days and am impressed. Have it bridged running one Sony 10" sub. Very solid bass. 150 X 1 rating seems a bit low for the output, and the bass is deep and clean. Overall, very pleased with the combo. Replaced an Alpine T130 50 X 2 (130 X 1) and amazed at the difference in power between the two amps. Turn the Kenwood up halfway and it rattles the car, turn the Alpine up full gain and it still doesn''t hit as hard as the Kenwood. Strengths: Strong deep bass, low distortion (despite the .8% THD bridged specs), solid build quality, small footprint. Weaknesses: My ears keep ringing from all the ^&%$ing bass this thing outputs... Similar Products Used: Sony Xplod 2 channel (weak for bass), Alpine T130 2 channel (better than the Sony, but doesn''t compare to this)
