Summary:
i was rear ended and my auto insurance co. is allstate and the party at fault has this harassing company of travelers, what kind of name is that for a insurance company? well anyway they keep harassing me through the phone, sending a bunch of mail trying to get me to sign off an authorization to get into my medical records. (ya right, like i'm that dumb.)and whats worst an agent from the travelers insurance appeared at my door step!!! and that agent was trying to ask me a bunch of questions. seriously i feel like i'm being stalked by these poeople, they are rude. when i told that agent from travelers that i wasnt going to answer ant questions he got all snappy and said well if you dont get in contact with us then we'll just close your case. what a dumb company seriously they are a bad insurance company. not a recommended company to insure yourself with.

Weaknesses:
rude agents, harass to much.

Summary:
Travelers insurance.
I recommend everyone to invest in this company . They don’t pay the claims that they are responsible for, so it’s a sure thing that this company will be around for a long time, no liability means that they will never have any bankruptcy issues. A solid company with millions in reserves.
So if you have this insurance, and you’re the cause of the accident, don’t worry about anything; The Travelers will stall, and do just about anything so as to not pay the claim.
Even better, even if your at fault, all you need to do is lie to their claims adjustor, and make up some excuse, it doesn’t matter what excuse it is , and you blame it all on the other party (who you know that it was not at fault). Then the Travelers with their experts in the field of procrastination, payment delays and denials, hey they will fix your car! , but you can be sure to stick it to the other guy regardless that it was your fault.
I’m definitely getting The Travelers insurance. A Solid, reliable ,and confident Insurance company for the investor.

Summary:
My car was rear ended at a stoplight, needless to say I informed Travelers of what happened they told me I could not get no qoutes and that I had to take what the apprasier would allow..to which it was wrote up 1/3 of what the damage was...I had to go after the company of the at fault driver, which was State Farm they were terrific to work with and covered my rental and all costs involved it came up to almost $4,000.00 not the $1,000 Travelers would cover.. oh wait that would be only $500 after my deductable! it is against the law for any company to tell anybody they could not take it in for qoutes! CROOKS! DO NOT INSURE WITH THESE PEOPLE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!

the worst!! i agree with previous posted comments. i believed that i m been profile. they asked me for everyones personal information in my household. they also like to have you faxing personal information to them... worst in customer service...
