Review 1 of 7

Price Paid:  $0.00 from Came with car

Year / Model Reviewed:
1995 Camry

Summary:
This Kenwood CD player came installed in my Camry by the former owner so I don't know how old it is. It has been in my car for the entire 3 years I've driven it and it's still going strong. Never skipped or overheated. Display is still bright and all the LCD characters work.

Strengths:
I push this receiver often by cranking up the volume and it keeps on working. Since it's not worth anything I am trying to blow up so I can replace it with a more modern head unit. Not having any luck so I might just replace it before it blows up anyway with a Nav system. Sound is relatively clean when volume is pushed to the limit even with 13 year old Toyota OEM speakers.

Weaknesses:
Lack of a removable face plate.

Similar Products Used:
Sony, Alpine and Clarion.
