Summary:
I purchased this unit in early '97 before they were really in stores I had to special order it and paid 900.00 I really wanted it as that's a ton of cash. It has been worth every penny! I make my own disks from a sony DVPS500D dvd player to a Sony MDSJE510 minidisk recorder through the optical ins & outs. I cannot hear any difference they are clones. this allows me to always have more music in the car than I can listen to. I am running it through a Kenwood KDC 8009 receiver which I love (reviewed in receiver section)
I have Polk 2 ways in my doors and Fosgate punch 5 3/4 inch
mid woofers in the back and 2 10 inch orion MTX3 in a bandpass box in the trunk running off a brigded Kenwood amp @ 400 watts. The system sounds great no matter what type of music I listen to. This changer is great has given me no problems whatsoever, I Love it!

Strengths:
Excellent sound, very stable (never skips) fast transition time between disks.

Weaknesses:
no sound in fast forward
