Review 2 of 15

Price Paid:  $62000.00 from Lexus of Jacksonvill

Year / Model Reviewed:
2005 SC 430

Summary:
Car is great to look at, but the irritating issue has been the tires. We had problems beginning at 8500 miles ended up with a cut tire at around 13,000 in which the tire dealership stated it was defective. The tire company replaced the tire. The tires needed to be replaced at that point. The lexus dealership (Jacksonville) offered no monetary assistance unless we replaced with run flats. They sent me a quote for regular tires & the reviews actually said that the survey showed that the customers who had that tire would not purchase them again. So much for advice. My Lexus is setting in my garage with another cut tire ( same wheel; looks like an identical cut). I now suspect that the wheels are causing the problems. I have not hit any large pot holes but I'm sure I have driven on rough highways. I live in a rural setting & no one stocks this tire, even in Tallahassee , Fla, which is where I had my first issue. I was towed home. My car will now be towed to the Macon dealership & I will never recommend the Lexus of Jacksonville as they have been absolutely no help. I've owned 2 infiniti's & the service was always great.

Strengths:
Looks great; I hope it drives more smoothly & quieter , when I get my new non flat tires next week; Everything else I love about the tire

Weaknesses:
Run flat tires.

Review 3 of 15

Price Paid:  $0.00

Year / Model Reviewed:
2004 SC 430

Summary:
What an amazing car! One day I will purchase this baby on my own--> but for now I'm in school and I have a ways to go before I start making sc 430 money. I just wanted to write a review-- and pretend I owned the sc 430 just for kicks. Yeah, feel free to buy me one if you like :) I'm just kidding, if you have this car, I'm happy for you, I hope you enjoy it.

Strengths:
Its an amazing car.

Weaknesses:
The lexus dealership hasn't given me one as a gift.

Similar Products Used:
Yeah right--- the closest I've come to a similar product is driving a '95 toyota corolla and sharing it with my two brothers. But thats okay I have a good imagination.

Review 4 of 15

Price Paid:  $58000.00

Year / Model Reviewed:
2003 SC430

Summary:
Overall Review: This is the best car I've owned...and currently I own two Mercedes (E3204Matic Wagon & C280). The car has an anvil like feel and the engine power never seems to end. The high-end quality of the interior and its overall fit and finish are much superior to Mercedes...which seems to have gone down hill in the past several years (lots of ill fitting plastic and visits to the mechanic). Also, my 11 month and 3 year old's car seats fit in the back seat quite well for weekend drives to the Beach.

Strengths:
Pros: Stand out sculpture styling (not for the status quo buyer), Made in Japan rock solid Quality, Gorgeous Interior, Beast Motor, best stereo on market...it simply has to be heard to be believed, lots of looks from the plebs and SUV lemmings.

Weaknesses:
Cons: Seats should have more lateral support and bottom seat cushion stitch seams are too thick also cup holder not deep enough and wipers are too slow.
