Price Paid:  $42000.00

Year / Model Reviewed:
2002 Lexus SC 430

Summary:
This is a really great car! It is definitley the best car I've ever owned. Ever since I got it it has been so much easier to get around. I would recommend this car to anyone who's looking for a great deal.

Strengths:
Great acceleration, comfortable ride, great engine.

Weaknesses:
none

Review 3 of 64

Price Paid:  $41000.00 from Lexus of Tulsa

Year / Model Reviewed:
1999 SC 300

Summary:
Most perfect luxury sport coupe on the market. I bought the car brand new in '99, and have had almost 5 years of trouble free service.

Strengths:
Fit and finish of the car is unmatched by any I have seen. With 80,000 miles on it, the paint and interior look as good as the day it rolled of the showroom floor. Ergonomics of this car are also first rate. Every control from the seat switches to radio feel like a very natural movement. The seats are supportive but firm and the quiet interior make long trips fly by. Even the back seat is reasonably comfortable for a coupe. The inline 6 is the smoothest 6 cyl. I have ever seen. I actually balanced an nickel on the manifold while the engine was idilng. Stereo is great for stock equipment. The timeless lines of the car make it look new still today. There is a reason Lexus only made minor "facelift" changes to the car since 1992 - they had a great product. If they still made them, I would buy a new one today.

Weaknesses:
None, other than I would like a bit more power. But that is my fault because I purchased a SC300 instead of a 400 to save a buck or two.

Review 5 of 64

Price Paid:  $40000.00

Summary:
Got an incredible price on this car, under 40,000 with 6000 miles, but if I hadn't I would have shelled out the 60,000 for a new one. Warning, once you have one you can't go back. Expensive but my 93 still looked and ran like new when I sold it after 6 years, so the overall cost isn't much more than repairing and replacing lesser cars.

Strengths:
Build Quality, smooth power, Beautiful car, suspension and power much improved over my 93, which I didn't think was possible

Weaknesses:
Local dealer sucks, should have "bend over and back in sign" on his entrance

Similar Products Used:
93 SC 400
