Review 2 of 129

Price Paid:  $19500.00 from Guam Honda

Year / Model Reviewed:
2005 Honda Element EX

Summary:
Love this vechicle. People who love the outdoors will love this truck. I conside it a truck, because it will haul just about anything. The sound system is great!!! Although hard to hear when windows are down. My husband talked me into buying this vehicle, I was looking at the CR-V. But after the test drive, I was sold.

Strengths:
Great head and leg room, very easy to clean.

Weaknesses:
Would be nice if the element also came in a 6 cyc and with a 5th seat.

Review 3 of 129

Price Paid:  $13900.00 from Capitol Honda

Year / Model Reviewed:
2005 LX 5-Speed Manual

Summary:
I love the Element! I had a 2003 model the first week they came out--but I had to return the lease because of finances :-(
So, just last week I started looking around and found an '05 with 12,000 miles on it for super cheap!
It's a 5-speed and I absolutely LOVE IT!!!
it's perfect--shifts smooth like a little sports car, good MPG (20/26)smooth ride, awesome cargo space and head room-
I'm over 6 feet tall and have plenty of leg and head room, more than my friend big 4-runner does!
anyhow, it's a honds and you cannot go wrong!

Strengths:
driveabilty,comfort,style,fun factor,it's a honda,plenty of power,5-speed,everything is great about it

Weaknesses:
nothing except maybe a little better MPG

Review 4 of 129

Price Paid:  $21000.00 from Ohio Valley Honda

Year / Model Reviewed:
2007 Honda Element EX 4WD

Summary:
When I first seen this vehicle I thought it was the ugliest thing that was ever made. But when I went to the Honda Dealer I cheacked one out and fell in love with it. The outside looks grow on you. It was between the new CR-V or the Element. And I am glad of the choice I made. Yes I would have liked a 5th passenger seat, but all the other things this car can do completly beats the 5th seat. I have stuffed so much stuff in this car, you would not belive. After going mountain biking ican wash out all the mud and dirt with ease. And camping in it is excellent. It can only handle mild off-roading. All in all, I love this car! I don't think that I could ever get a different one!

Strengths:
Easy Clean and Highly Versatile Interior
Exterior Looks
Leg and Head Room

Weaknesses:
A V6 would be very nice or a turbo-4cyl.
Gas milage not the greatest (18-24MPG)
Only can sit 4
A bouncy ride at times

Review 5 of 129

Price Paid:  $15000.00 from Showcase Honda

Year / Model Reviewed:
2003 Element EX

Summary:
I bought my Element in July 2005, it had 20000 miles on it from the previous owner. He took good care of it because the car was basically new. The car is amazing. Has enough power, acceleration, awsome sound and subwoofer. I slept in it on my trip to San Diego. You can hose down the floor. It is the best deal for your money.

Strengths:
Reliable. Not a single repair in 2.5 years. Just oil changes. Good visibility, sood gas milage, great sound, instrument layout very smart.

Weaknesses:
V6 would be nice. None otherwise.

Similar Products Used:
Tribeca, Murano, Rav4.
