Summary:
Unit has great distance range. Used unit to control Alpine head unit mounted on my ATV. Enclosed in shrink wrap to seal out the elements and still transmitted perfectly with mud and dirt on it. Battery life was unbelievable. Didn't change batteries for over two years!
