Summary:
A great car to drive, except when you remember how much you have paid for repairs that have never happened to any other car you've owned in 40 years. BUY AN EXTENDED WARRANTY AND PRAY, or sell the car when it reaches 60,000 miles.

Strengths:
Power, room, comfort.

Weaknesses:
18mpg highway, lots of costly repairs

Summary:
Great minivan. Used it for 8 years, has 238,000 miles! Very dependable. Had one major problem with transmission, but Honda took care of it, so dint have to pay for it. Otherwise I had to do the normal service/oil changes only. This is my second honda vehicle. Just switched to a Toyota Avalon since my odyssey is getting old...

Strengths:
Road handling, mileage (23 average), dependability (never a single breakdown in 8 years)

2002 Honda Odyssey

Summary:
Excellent, solid vehicle, great for confident highway speeds. Honda, however should have recalled the vehicle to improve the heating system as it can be a death trap in cold, winter conditions due to frosted windows. The six disc 'Honda' CD changer is a rip-off and easily breaks.

Strengths:
Solid, 'heavy' feel. Comfortable seating, even that rear, third bench seat.

Weaknesses:
Discusting window defrosting system. All side windows totally frost over when driving with passengers. The front windshield also frosts from top towards bottom and the full defrost must be kept on 'high' to keep the lower half of the winshield from frosting. As well as making for dangerous visibility, passengers get cold feet.
Sound system is poor quality.
Six disc CD changer is a rip-off. We had to have four changed during the first warranty period and the last one has now broken and we won't be spending the $600.00 tag to replace the 'Honda' piece of junk.

Summary:
Previously purchased a 1993 Honda Civic. Loved it. Therefore, upgraded to a Honda Accord. Hate it! The brakes had to be changed 3 times within first year. Trip after trip to service center.

Good gas mileage

Summary:
I'm confused by some of the bad gas mileage reports. After 18 months I get 17-18 in the city and 26 Hwy (thats driving 70-75). The worst gas mileage I've gotten on the Hwy was 24.

Strengths:
Great riding van, very comfortable too

Weaknesses:
Radiator shield is too low and can sometimes cause problems.
