from LAX Summary: By far the worst customer service I ever experienced in any line of business. They have really, really long lines, a shuttle bus with no air conditioning that we were left sitting on for 25 minutes in 93 degrees. Computers down continually and had to wait for over 15 minutes on returning.
Worst of all my personal property was stolen from my vehicle on returning the car before it was re-rented and they did not care AT ALL. I left over fifteen messages on customer service voice mail because there is no one to speak with; I did not receive a return call once. So, I tried corporate office and now I know where the LAX office got their training as they were no better. Bottom-line you get what you pay for and FOX is a definite NO for me going forward. Stick with one of the big guys who have customer service, lost and found departments and honest staff.
