Summary:
I am a little cautious using this product, as I have yet to initially see a cop using the radar, and then pass by it, and be able to see it. Every time it does alert me, I never see the cop, but it is never a false alarm, so in fact, it does work. I simply don't know where the cops are. Sometimes when I'm driving the speed limit, I'll notice that it won't track police radar as quickly as I think it should, meaning that the range of detection is very small, and that the cop may already have tracked me, before I track him/her. This isn't good for me, because I don't want a speeding ticket, and to pay 80 bucks for this sort of product, I want the best quality.

emergency vehicles approaching, speed traps ahead of you

Summary:
purchased a 9210 as I liked the large display and voice alerts. I was dissapointed when I installed it in my cars only to find it would shut off, stop working, evry 45 minutes to an hour and would have to sit for around half an hour before it came back on. Took it back to bestbuy and received another one. To soon to tell about performance

does not want to work on a steady basis

Summary:
The Cobra 9210 radar has many fine features, except for one. The unit can not detect police radar at a reasonable distance. Most times you will see the police before the radar detector detects the signal.

Summary:
good sold radar,not many false alarms but some,for the price well worth it.only one bad thing almost got a ticket with it,our area has the new POP radar and it didn't pick it up at all.but he let me go thank god.so i pais for a better one 8500 it's great

loud,and very good range,love the strobe alert,great price

not good on the new radars
