Review 1 of 11

Price Paid:  $800.00 from U.K.

Year / Model Reviewed:
2006 Infinity Perfect 6.1

Summary:
Absolutely awesome. The best componet speakers i have ever heard. I read reviews about them being a bit to sharp in the high range of the tweeter, but personally it's not too extreme. Nothing that setting up the filters on your amp can't solve.
I paid 475 in the U.K. for these, thats about 850 u.s. And still worth the money.
Powered by an Alpine MRV-F545. Not the bast amp in the world but the speakers certainly make it sound like one.

Strengths:
Clarity
Mid range bass
RMS

Weaknesses:
Nothing

Review 3 of 11

Price Paid:  $250.00 from Ebay

Year / Model Reviewed:
2002 Infinity Perfect 6.1

Summary:
I customly put them in a 2000 Honda Civic EX and at first I wasn't pleased cause the tweeters sounded TOO high but after a couple of months and breaking in the speakers they started to come along....I'm running the speakers from a Clarion's DRX9375R deck to a MTX Thunder 404 amplifier (4 channel, 400 watts) I would deff recomend these speakers! They are looooooud!!

Strengths:
* Clarity * Loudness * RMS * Bass

Weaknesses:
* Takes a while to break in.. * The crossover is huge! It deff needs to be smaller... * Installation was a little bit of a pain due to finding a spot for the huge crossover..

Review 4 of 11

Price Paid:  $200.00 from Online

Year / Model Reviewed:
1998 Honda Accord

Summary:
These speakers are incredible! The best component set I've ever bought. I buy all Infinity speakers now that I have realized how good they are. These are by far the best component set I've bought yet and I have been through about 7 sets now(I have a top ranking SQ setup which has placed first in many competitions.)

Strengths:
Incredible clarity, no distortion, loud as hell!

Weaknesses:
The only thing I could complain about would be the tweets being a slight too weak compared to the speakers. Would be better if they had more powerful tweeters, but still great as they are.

Review 5 of 11

Price Paid:  $135.00 from Employee discount

Summary:
These speakers are great for certian music. I installed these to get rid of my polk momo compent set. They are a hell of a lot louder than the polks but they don't have the mid bass i was looking for.. Well i got a pioneer DSP (newest model) and the mid bass came way out! Huge huge huge difference, I don't even have subs running any more since i have installed these with the dsp.

Strengths:
Loud highs, great for rap music or bass cds where you need the treble in your face. Dosn't need much power at all.

Weaknesses:
No midbass untill a DSP was installed. Don't put too much power to these, i have a audiobahn pushing 120 watts to the each set and they just scream

Polk, Pioneer, Alpine type R.
