Summary:
the cone of this sub was all busted and i put silicone on the cracks and it slammed crazy. for $50 it was an unbelievable deal. It was old and I didn't believe it sounded the way it did

Strengths:
as durable as an M1 Tank. Very very loud not much power needed to drive it

Weaknesses:
needs a very large box

1999 Cerwin Vega Stroker 15

Summary:
Friend gave me 1 stroker 15. I made a dual 6in ported box and I am running a kicker 300.2 bridged on it in my 72 bug. I turn my system up and my head hurts. This thing really kicks out the bass!!!

Strengths:
Hard hitting

Weaknesses:
requires a large box

Summary:
i have 1 15 stroker powered by a planet audio tt2250 amp and two planet audio zetar 12 powered by a mtx 801d stuffed in a jetta III a hit 161.1 db at a local shop

Strengths:
deep bass

Weaknesses:
big ported box and lots of power needed

Summary:
I have had a 15 for a while and i finaly got a chance to compete with it. I have it in a 6.8 cubic foot box with a u.s. amps 2000x on it. I hit a 155 and got second place.

Strengths:
Strong woofer and very durable.

Weaknesses:
Mayby that it takes a lot of power but who wants week subs.

Summary:
I have 2 of these subbs, and i have been in comp. in ontario for some time. was ranked 3rd loudest in my class forthe past 2 years. The stokers slam, and hit great. 2 15's hitting 157.4 w/ a 8cu foot box, 2500w rms.

Strengths:
Hard to kill, execlent power/db ratio, great for spl and sound Q,

Weaknesses:
big box, needs tonez of power to be loud, and the box is farily complicated to design and sound right.

there are a few copys of this design, I beleive power acoustic has one that looks just like it.
