Price Paid:  $0.00 from Ebay

Year / Model Reviewed:
 HiFonics SQ-104

Summary:
I had several subwoofers through out time and recently came across a HiFonics SQ-104 while shopping for a subwoofer to put in my wife's car. Since I am a HiFonics freek I bought this sub on Ebay dirt cheap! I have never got to listen to any of the HiFonics subs before and since I placed all HiFonics equiptment in her car I also went ahead and built a enclosure for this bad boy! This thing is incredable I have yet to hear another sub preform like this monster! The only sub to yet come close is a JL Audio 10W3V2. I could not belive it. I liked it so much I took it from her and put it in my car. Awsome! It stomped my two Reference MB Quart subs by a land slide! I just wish I can find more somewhere on this earth for sale to place more in our two cars!

Strengths:
Small sealed only enclosure design .5 -.75 cuft.and still achives SPL responce down to 25Hz easily, High power handling up to 300w RMS, uses push lock connectors and nice chrome plating around the 80 ounce magnets. Inverted dustcap and huge thick 1" rubber surround with a x-max of .65.

Weaknesses:
Came across it to late in time can not find them no longer not even on ebay. IF you have one I will buy them! Zerosportz@hotmail.com

Similar Products Used:
MB Quart Premium, Reference - JL Audio w3,w0,w1,w6- Soundstream Van-Goth, SPL, T-4, Pioneer and many others
