1998 Kicker solobaric s15d

Summary:
I bought 2 solobaric 15s with an 800 watt Punch amp for $240 and threw it in a 1995 Buick Century I had 2 polk audio 12s with a 1200 wat Xplod amp. With the fifteens my face gets torn apart and my ear drums are flexing like a miniwoofer.

Strengths:
killer lOWS

Weaknesses:
No highs hardly might ad a 12 for mids and highs.

I did ad a second amp and sub to the polks before i got the kickers and it wasnt even close.

Summary:
Incredible bass. I love rap music and this sub produces thunderous bass, so loud that one time, the back of my head started bleeding from so much bass. It hits so hard in my cadillac that i have to take aspirin b4 i get in to the car!!

Strengths:
BIG sound. Makes my eyelashes vibrate.

Weaknesses:
Makes my eyelashes vibrate, hard to drive

Strengths:
PROFIT FOR STORE, FREE KICKER DECAL TO THROW AWAY. LOOKS VERY NICE (IF KEPT AT STORE)

Weaknesses:
SMALLER WALLET, BLOW AT LOW FREQUENCIES, DON'T PUT IN SMALL SEALED BOX (SOUNDS LIKE COW GIVING BIRTH UNDER WATER)THEY HIT HARDER WHEN THEY HIT THE BOTTOM OF DUMPSTER.

These were some great subs. They could hit every beat a 10 and 12 could hit. carries out the low bass pretty good.

Strengths:
low wattage to push them, small box, low frequency, great response

Weaknesses:
wouldn''t pay as much as everyone is paying for them, unless you have a hook up.

Summary:
i have 1 s15d runnin in the hatch of a Talon and it is insane. i am hittin around 142db with it. for all the ppl who talk about the sound quality when listening to rock....who buys 15 in subs for rock???? especially solobarics?? this is one of the ultimate subwoofers ever!!

the low frequencies are insane!
