Price Paid:  $1100.00

Year / Model Reviewed:
 2000 Trans Am WS6

Summary:
UPDATE: Tires have 10,000 miles on them and have worn well. I haven't really abused them though. The cost keeps lingering in the back of my head every time someone wants me to do a burn out. Exceptional handling and I would definately recommend them if you want to go the extra mile. I have gone into moderate turns at 120+ and felt very comfortable. I maxed out at 165 with no problems or abnormal reactions.

Review 2 of 2

Price Paid:  $1100.00

Year / Model Reviewed:
 2000 Trans Am WS6

Summary:
I absolutely love these tires. I bought 275/40/17's for the front and 315/35/17's on the rear. I can vouch for their impressive cornering ability however I cannot tell you how long they will last!! I drive competitively and am worried they may wear faster due to a treadwear rating 200 as opposed to the stock tire wear of 300. Haven't had any problems, and get loads of great comments. Great product, however the price may hinder the average driver from purchase.

Strengths:
Awesome cornering ability as a result of the steel belted sidewalls.

Weaknesses:
Only downfall is they are a little pricey. Ride is just a tiny bit more rough although hardly noticeable.

Similar Products Used:
Lower tread rating as opposed to stock Goodyear Eagle F-1 (BFG 200 / GY 300)
