The Jetta is Volkswagen's compact sedan, first introduced in the mid-1980s as a slightly upscale version of the Rabbit hatchback, the Jetta became Volkswagen's bestseller in the U.S. The fifth-generation Jetta looks bigger and bolder, with a new Volkswagen front end including a chrome grille. Looking at the rear, taillights are divided into two sections, while the interior focuses on safety and comfort with six airbags and five head restraints. The 2008 Volkswagen Jetta gets a power upgrade to its standard 2.5-liter 5-cylinder engine to 170 HP and 177 lb-ft of torque
