2008 BMW X5 - Overview

The 2008 BMW X5 is a 4-door, up to 7-passenger luxury sport-utility, available in two trims, the 3.0si Sports Activity Vehicle and the 4.8i Sports Activity Vehicle. The X5 has a 6-speed automatic transmission, 4.8-liter V8, 350-horsepower engine, and is designed to handle like a true BMW. For 2007 the X5 was redesigned with a revised chassis, more powerful and fuel efficient engines and a more responsive 6-speed automatic transmission. Longer, wider and taller than its predecessor, the X5 offers available 7-passenger seating.
