from dealer Year / Model Reviewed: 1994 Nissan Strengths: met legal requirements Weaknesses: no customer service Summary: Someone broadsided me. totaled my car. The agent with whom I had paid premiums for over a decade was totally useless; provided no help, direction. It was like dealing with high schoolers. Had to retain lawyer because they refused to help. Too stupid or too lazy? Doesn't matter. They didn't do their job. Changing carriers as soon as I clean up this mess. Similar Products Used: been with State Farm too long to compare. Will update after I've changed carriers.
