The 2010 Prius is a 4-door, 5-passenger family sedan, available in 5 trims, ranging from the I to the V. The I trim will be available starting September 2009. All trims are equipped with a standard 1.8-liter, I4, 98-horsepower, hybrid engine that achieves 51-mpg in the city and 48-mpg on the highway. A variable speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard.
