Review 1 of 7

Price Paid:  $10000.00 from ??

Year / Model Reviewed:
1998 Talon ESI

Summary:
The Talon is the sexiest car out there. For it's price, it get's more looks then most other expensive cars. The sports cars sleek look, has enough power for a non-turbo. I now have 18' rims, lowered, exhaust system and a full stereo system. The best thing about this car is it is beautiful stock and can be one of the nicest, fastest done up cars too. I have been living for this car since gr 9 and i have now had it for a year but not driving it in the winter. The stock front bumper gives it such an aggressive look compared to the older models. I wouldn't want any other car but the talon. I bought mine after it was fixed after jumping a curb, and still no problems even after my accident.

Strengths:
most beautiful car, will treat u well if u treat it well. no problems otherwise an accident.

Weaknesses:
hard to find parts and parts are expensive. Took me 4 weeks to get a back bumper.

Similar Products Used:
rsx, integra gsr.

Review 2 of 7

Price Paid:  $12000.00 from Mitsubishi direct

Year / Model Reviewed:
1998 Talon TSi-AWD

Summary:
The car is just plain out fast, and it handles like a dream. Topped the car out at 160... I've run this car hard for almost two year and it's got 70,000 miles and purs like a kitten. The only thing that you hear when I pass you by is the Turbo Whistle.

Strengths:
Stock Turbo, it is only boosting at about 8 psi, but you dont want to burn it out. All-Wheel Drive, is the best handling I've seen on a car less than 20,000.

Weaknesses:
It has a wide turning radius. Difficult to find parts or accessories for. Most 98 Eclipse accessories work, but there are some that don't. Trial and error method.

Review 3 of 7

Price Paid:  $4500.00 from private party

Summary:
This is by far t he greatest car that I have ever driven. My first car was a '94 Talon, but that got totaled(not my fault) after 2 weeks of owning the car. Then i got a '92 maxima, raped that for a few months and now i have this toy. It's nice, fast, loud, quick, and very very fun to drive. Best bang-for-your-buck car in the world

Strengths:
Very very fun to drive and even more fun just to look at and drool over. The car may look small, but the legroom is more then plenty making you sit in and fall asleep. The steering wheel is very smooth as well as the shifter. Awsome gas milage.

Weaknesses:
Kind of hard to find parts for, clutch is very deep(thats fine for me but others complain about it). looking over your left shoulder for changing lanes becomes wierd sometimes due to the plastic seperating ur window from the rear passengers window

Review 4 of 7

Price Paid:  $10000.00 from South Park Mitsubish

Summary:
I''ve driven this car over six thousand miles already and have not had one complaint. It runs execelent and is great on gas mileage. Alot of people like the style and compliment me on it. It''s nice to look out of your window and see people stairing at your car. The seats are comfortable, but not alot of space for those people with long legs like myself. I have to squeeze throught the steering wheel when I want to get out and I''m only 6". So all of you taller people would not like the seating inside of the car. So you''ll just have to admire the outside of it. Also the engine idles kinda loud. Or maybe I have a probalem already. I''ll find out sooner or later.

Strengths:
Ambitious styling, up-holding engine, and smooth shifting transmission. Good engine power.

Weaknesses:
Too stiff of a suspension (I guess for thoughs sharp curves and hair pin turns.) Noisy engine (when idling)

Similar Products Used:
1994 Mitsubishi Eclipse.

Price Paid:  $17000.00 from Nissan dealership

Year / Model Reviewed:
1998 Eagle Talon

Summary:
I Love this car!!! It looks soo good and ridez so good. Its a 5spd but the bad thing is that it doesnt have turbo. To convert it its a lot of money. I love driving fast and I really want more horespower cuase 160hp aint doing nothing for me. I had to get the waterpump, timebelt, and main a/c belt but i mean thats all part of the maintenance and for a while i dont have to change it. I want to custom pain it to pearl blue. Right now its red with black top. I Love this car and I would never sell it back!!!

Strengths:
Looks really good, turbo is fast. Doesnt need a lot of things to soupe it up.

Weaknesses:
Back seats.... sooo small.......
