Ruling: Respectable power and value are the Nissan Sentra's strong points. While it's mundane appearance may hide its strengths, the spacious interior and above average fuel economy balances it's weak side.
Nissan Sentra 2.0 models feature a standard 140-horsepower 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine, 6-speed manual transmission or fuel-efficient Nissan Xtronic CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission).
Fuel economy is rated at 27/34 miles per gallon City/Highway with the CVT and 24/31 City/Highway miles per gallon with the 6-speed manual transmission (Sentra 2.0 only).
Changes for 2011, Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) with Electronic Brake force Distribution (EBD) is now standard on Sentra 2.0, and Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC) and Traction Control System (TCS) have been added as standard equipment to the Sentra 2.0, 2.0 S and 2.0 SR.
