Review 1 of 34

Price Paid:  $1100.00 from richs car corner

Year / Model Reviewed:
1991 justy gl

Summary:
Justy is the best car ever. anyone who disagrees is foolish and didnt read the manual if you try to drive it in the 2 - 3000 rpm range it seems like a sluggish beast. However, if allowed to rev to ~4200 rmp each shift, it is a happy economical mini ferrari

Strengths:
looks, economy not too gutless, unique, fun fun fun

Weaknesses:
oil pump design flaw...replace that oil filter, probably a flaw in the filter bypass valve my guess.

Review 2 of 34

Price Paid:  $2675.00 from friend

Year / Model Reviewed:
1993 Justy

Summary:
Great little car! Its my first car and its still going strong! At 13 years old, its got 140K miles and engine is still running great. Not too many repairs, but they tend to be pricey. Had a lot of trouble with valve cover gaskets in the last 40,000 miles - replacing them almost every year. I've had to periodically replace axle boots, but supposedly it was a design flaw. Other than that, just the usual maintenance and other repairs (brakes, mufflers, catalytic converter, timing belt, etc) for a car this age. I'll keep driving it until some major expensive repair comes along. Great fuel economy, holds a lot with folding back seats - more than you would think! It only left me stranded once (timing belt - I should have changed it earlier). I would buy another if they still made them! I can't say enough good things about this car!

Strengths:
Almost everything! Good power considering its 3-cylinders.

Weaknesses:
Tiny, but if you don't have a family, who cares? Pricey repairs, interior & seats haven't held up as well as other cars its age. But that's all cosmetic. Engine has been fantastic.

Review 3 of 34

Price Paid:  $9000.00 from Private Sale

Year / Model Reviewed:
1994 Honda Accord

Summary:
A great car. More sports car than cruising car if you ask me. Even the four cylinder is peppy and it handles great. The downside is that the suspension seems to transmit every road flaw straght to the backside. But it's a great runaround car for the city. I don't reccommend long highway trips-head to a new accord for that.

Strengths:
Handling, Pep.

Weaknesses:
Stiff Jittery Ride.

Review 4 of 34

Price Paid:  $0.00 from dragged out of woods

Year / Model Reviewed:
1993 subaru justy 1.2Ltr 2WD 5Spd

Summary:
This car was originaly owned by my step-father but parked it in the woods when he baught an Eclipse GSX turbo, it sat for about a year and a half when he gave it to me and it started right up on one turn. Both rear wheel's were frozen due to rust, but the only work i did on the car was new wheel assembly on all corners, (including rotors and drums) valve cover gasket and an oil change and I couldent be more suprised with the all around performance of subarus "UNIQUE" three cylinder design.

Strengths:
fuel economy is a big strength in this automobile, it averages at about 50-55 miles per gallon and the handling is very sharp considering it lack's power steering and ASM (Active Stability Managment). body styling is a little sore, more effort could have been used there, but the car was built for Economy, not look's. An all around efficient automobile

Weaknesses:
Very rough ride due to very short wheel base and "HARD TO FIND" 12" tires. Minimal insulation makes it hard to hold a conversation at any range, but good if you like listening to your engine
