Price Paid:
$15000.00 Summary: I''''ve been driving a 2.9 VR6 Corrado for about 18 months now, and I can''''t recommend one enough. The sound of the engine once it gets over 3500 rpm alone is enough to excite a corpse, but the handling that goes with it just electrifies you. I''''ve been told that the G60 supercharged version has some reliability problems, but in my experience, the VR6 engine is bullet proof. This little baby is quick enough to blow away 90% of BMW M3''''s and wil;l beat a few Porsches on the standing quarter. In fact, the car was initially designed to be a Porker, but VW managed to get their hands on it, luckily for us, so the price tag remained reasonable. In summary, this is the closest to a budget supercar you will ever get. Running costs are low, apart from a major service which will cost a packet. Strengths: VR6 Engine
Handling
Charm
Noise!!!! Weaknesses: Electric rear spoiler prone to breakage and expensive to replace
Chews tyres up like you wouldn''''t beleive (although using Goodyear Eagle F1''''s has reduced this) Similar Products Used: Golf V6 4 Motion
Saab 900 Turbo
Mitsubishi FTO
