Review 1 of 2

Price Paid:  $0.00

Year / Model Reviewed:
2010 EX35 Journey AWD

Strengths:
Stylish, great handling. Gas mileage gets better and better. I'm at 7,000 miles and get 20 city and 28 hwy. Rides quiet. Controls, navigation system and music system that can record 2000 songs is easy to use. Love the all around camera.

Weaknesses:
Be sure to get the premium package so you have 8 way electric seat options on the passenger side. This is a must since the standard seat sits pretty low. You do feel the road in this car since it is built on the G35 platform. (It rides smoother than the G35.) I do wish the ride was smoother. However the ride is quiet, unlike many small cars in it's class.

Summary:
Love this car. Reliable and fun to drive.

Review 2 of 2

Price Paid:  $0.00

Year / Model Reviewed:
2009 Journey RWD

Strengths:
Handles & drives well, plenty of power, ipod integration, bluetooth, smart key, all-around camera

Weaknesses:
trunk space limited, prefers premium gas, limited rear view window, brakes

Summary:
Got this new 2 weeks ago. So far, I'm quite happy with it. Driving performance is great. Turning radius is amazing.

The smart key is nice. Just leave the key in your pocket and push a button to start the car.

The 'all-around' camera system is awesome. I never park without it.

The brakes are sort of 'pulsing' with minimal application. Will probably need adjusting. Gas mileage not too shabby, but manufacturer recommends premium.

I love the ipod integration. Can search playlists from the steering wheel. Bose stereo with subwoofer in the spare tire sounds amazing.

I wish the front passenger seat would fold flat, then I can fit my surfboard inside...but the roof racks resolve that issue. Leg room is tight in the rear seats. The rear seats fold flat with the push of a button, but can easily get stuck on the backrest of the front seats.

I owned a Volvo XC90 prior to this. It's definitely smaller, but much more satisfying to drive and all the standard gadgets are unmatched.
