2011 Crew cab Strengths:
Solid structure. Smooth engine and transmission.Quite.Great front seats.Excellent fit and finish.Strong performance.Excellent sound system. Weaknesses:
So-So gas mileage.A little on the heavy side.Steering a little numb.Rear seat room So-So. Summary:
Thought I was going to buy a Toyota Tacoma.Retaliative came to visit and wanted to look at Frontiers. Having already put a few miles on a 2011 Tacoma with a couple of my good friends I didn't expect to be impressed with the Nissan. I liked the Tacoma.I loved the Frontier however.Much better front seats,you sit higher than the Tacoma and at 6'1 this was a big plus. When you close a door it closed easily with a reassuring thud unlike the Tacoma which required a second effort to close.Smooth engine more so than the Tacoma at high RPMs.Sound system had better base.Liked the UTILI-TRACK channel system.Brakes had a better feel to them the Tacoma brakes felt a little spongy.Gives up a mile or two in gas mileage to the Tacoma and has a little less rear seat room but that's about it for me. My Grand kids will never notice and I ride up front. Similar Products Used:
