Price Paid:  $225.00 from Local

2001 Alpine MRV-1507

Strengths:
Very Clear, Very Powerful! Looks Good!

Weaknesses:
Scratches easy! Too Large for the Glove Box! None Really!!!

Summary:
I would Like to ask, for someone who knows for sure to send Me a Kite by email(LDorn920@gmail.com)If this amp can be Bridged Lower than 4 ohm with out damaging the unit! Like Maybe Bridged to 2 ohm Mono? I have heard Rummer that it will handle it, But I am not sure if I should try it, or Not! Someone Please Respond!

Review 2 of 27

Price Paid:  $300.00 from ebay

Year / Model Reviewed:
2004 alpine mrv-1507

Strengths:
Power coming from every orifice!

Weaknesses:
the only weakness I found was that it couldn't install itself!

Summary:
I didn't realize what I had until I hooked it up in place of the alpine mrp-m450! This amp drives my Pioneer Premier 10" IMPP (liquid cooled) subs so hard my friend got out of the car and puked! A class AB amp for subs under $500? That's unheard of. I am going to try increasing the + wire inside like the other dude talked about. Anyone else have any feedback on that issue?

mrp-m450, mrv-f450, fosgate 600s, concept 2400w

Review 3 of 27

Price Paid:  $100.00 from private seller

Year / Model Reviewed:
2000 Alpine Type R's 10" 2ohm

Strengths:
Hard hitting bass, and clear sound.

Weaknesses:
Not a D@mn thing.

Summary:
These things slam, they will take up to 1000 watts a piece. They are are clear, and they will make the whole car flex. The trunk and rear wheel wells flex in and out with each hit of bass. Not only that but they don't heat up or cut out at all.

Similar Products Used:
Two sony Explode 12" and Two Jensen 10" and there is no comparing them what so ever.

Price Paid:  $265.00 from MY SOURCE

Year / Model Reviewed:
 ALPINE 1507

Strengths:
Its incredible power and the fact that u can run strait from the battery to pull as much juice out of your cars alternater i blew my stock alternater with this amp and baught a more powerfull one so i can draw more amps.

Weaknesses:
none other than the fact that it scratches easy and the price but i got a good deal on it so if u get a good deal on one i suggest to take it.

Summary:
This amp is BAD A$$ it desamates all i have used some powerfull amps but this is by far the best. Alpine has awsome quality products and u always get your moneys worth. So if ur lookin to buy a system i would go alpine i have it up to 2 12" type R s in a side vented box and i hit 153.4 db at a comp. i had my amp upgraded inside by putting thicker gauge wire inside it allows you to draw more power than the stock wiring.

I have used an Audiobahn A2810X, Crossfire 1000D, and a Rockford Fosgate 800A2, out of all of these the Crossfire 1000D was the only one that had a chance and the 1507 blew it away the A2810X had grea

Price Paid:  $475.00 from Ebay

Year / Model Reviewed:
 MRV-1507

Strengths:
Loud, clear bass

Weaknesses:
None

Summary:
This amp is awesome, it pushes subs hard and clear, has the EQ's, and a nice overall look. This amp is hooked up to Infinity Kappa Perfect 12.1D's in a ported box and the roof of my car flexes. Definitely worth the money
