Strengths:
Longevity

Weaknesses:
It's Audiobahn, so it's overrated, and if you get a "bad amp" (cuz they made a lot of them) it will blow your subs at the first deep note.

Summary:
This 1800D has been pounding my subs for over 5 YEARS!! Now, many subs have blown over the years, but this amp is still kickin. I had the 2200 FlameQ series, and it sucked. Talk about draining power! Run a dual battery system in parallel and you won't need anything else. I suggest 2 12's on this amp, and use the Audiobahn 4 channel chrome amp for the highs and mids.

Strengths:
D Class, draws less current than my hc class. Never gets hot. Cool blue illumination.

Weaknesses:
Can't handle a big load. Burns up in less than a year! Hits hard but doesn't sound good.

Summary:
I bought this amp to originally power 3 aw1200x's. It hit, but not as hard as it should. I then put it on 4 12w3's and it blew up. This amp it trash. Good power, but unreliable! Go with the High Current class Audiobahn amps. I now run an a2200hcx and it is much cleaner and much louder!

Strengths:
Beautiful amp. Remote bass boost knob. Volt and signal meter. Cooling fans

Weaknesses:
Way, way too overrated. Power hungry. Sloppy at high volume. There are better amps out there for the money. Just remember you could buy a JL Audio, Rockford, or PPI 500w amp cheaper and still have a better amp

Summary:
I have used many Audiobahn product but this is the only amp. First off let me say that 1800w into 1ohm is false. Mabey if you bench test it with 24v you could get that out of it. The first thing I noticed is how easily it clips. If it weren't for the remote bass knob, I'd never be happy with the output. I ran two of the Flame Q subs in parallel down to 1 ohm with two 1 farads caps off of an Alpine CDA-9811 HU. It never gets hot or complains, but mabey actually delivers 800 sloppy watts at 1 ohm while devouring every bit of juice it can. I just got a new JL 1000/1 and it spanks the cra* out of audiobahn and is fully capable of destroying my "1000w RMS" Flame Q's and It's only rated at 1000w at 1.5-4 ohms and uses alot less DC. I was pretty dissapointed with audiobahn though I love their high end components.

Strengths:
It is one ohm stable, big, burly, power, the price I got it for (310) it is not worth anything over 500. Just look around

Weaknesses:
The speaker wire terminals on the amp are kinda cheesy (just not made well you know) you need a really small allen to fit it. Why the hell don't they just use the spring loaded push terminals you find on good subs?

Summary:
This thing weighs about 40 pounds, so that might tell you something. It has plenty of clean power, although I have never read an actuall review that tested it's rating, but I would go with it. I have had it running 4 12's in my boat, it could really hurt em if you wanted too. Now I'm running two tens and it actually sounds better. (due to box location)

MTX (better than fosgate in my esperience) but they both run hot. This AudioBahn doesn't, most likely because the fan runs whenever you turn it on.

Strengths:
-very clean -powerfull -looks great

Weaknesses:
- draws quite a bit of power (rated at 150amps)

Summary:
I am running a 2400w 18" Treo SSX sub on it. The amp sounds REALLY good and pounds as hell at 1 ohm. I am running it in a minivan and I have my roof flexing (you can tell). The best amp I have ever used. I have a 165 amp alternator and a 1100 c.amps Optima battery under the hood. All 1/0 wiring, no CAP. When it hits, you can tell that light are dimming a little bit, but it is not that bad; however, noticable. I am thinking about adding a cap or upgrading alternator wiring.
