Strengths:
Lots of power pushing 2 15" Audiopipe subs in 86' Suburban. Bang,Bang!

Weaknesses:
I haven't experienced any weaknesses yet, hopefully will be none. So far keeping up better than my other amps that blew.

Summary:
I got the amp from a friend and traded a set of 20"inch spoke knock-off spinners for it.

Fosgate,Pioneer,Audiopipe,Pyramid(none of these held up as well as the SS-400.4)

Strengths:
Lots of clean power.

Weaknesses:
Chrome! Hard to keep clean, but its chrome.

Summary:
Very strong four channel amplifier. Too powerful actually. Very clean sound, as good or better as any other brand including Kicker and Rockford. Nice crossover controls, very precise. All though Im using it to run speakers rather than subwoofers the bass thrust feature makes a big noticable bass difference. Definite buy!

Strengths:
What can I say? I have it running all of my inside speakers (Boston RX87, CX8) and it powers them with tons of power and it is also very clean. I actually had to turn down the gain when I switched from my old amp to this one. I used to have a PG XS2500 running them and it just wasnt as clean, the PG was also double the price.

Weaknesses:
I can't think of any, if you have the opportunity to buy this amp, do it! You won't regret it.

Summary:
Very Good amp for the price, in this price range its the cream of the crop

Strengths:
Nice looks. Strong, clean sound. I used my line out and the amp for power. Hooked to a Pioneer DEH-P6200. Amp is multi-functional.

Weaknesses:
Somewhat expensive.

Summary:
I hooked a DEH-P6200 45x4 watt CD player line out to the amp and the sound is great!. There are many ways to use it and I plan to get a subwoofer and use the amp for that and then connect the speakers. If you want to build a great system using the best parts then this is definatly one of the parts. If you have a min of 1000 to spend on a TOTAL system this is for you.
