Strengths:
1 ohm stability small size good watts / dollar value I got mine used on ebay for $16... I couldnt pass it up!!

Weaknesses:
like all the other V-XXX series amps the small bulb in the VU meter warms up the heatsink.

Summary:
Good solid amp for the $$$. Will do about 60x2 at 12.5V Bridged into 4 ohms probably does 210 at 12.5 Volts. Like many of the V-XXX series amps its a little over-rated on the power specs. I used mine at 2 ohms to power a cheap pair of boss subs and it was pretty loud. IMHO would be a great mono amp for a small low db system. Used it for a summer, no problems at all
