The amount of power this amp puts out is absolutely ridiculous. Please note: When you push the button for 'BASS EQ' to the right (ON), be ready... If your subs aren't rated at around 1000 (and that's if you're using 2), then you're going to be buying new subs within a week. And, even then, you might want to consider using more than 2 and running them in series (2 pairs). The sound is clean, and I swear the cut-off is higher than 18db.
And, by the way, that's another thing...
You can turn the gain all the way up on this baby, and there's no noticable distortion.

So...if you're considering this amp, and you can actually find one...then grab it while you can. I've had mine since 1999, and it's still running strong...wtf, right??? Similar Products Used:
