Review 2 of 21

Price Paid:  $800.00 from Fort Walton, FL

Year / Model Reviewed:
1997 MMats / D300HC

Strengths:
Clean/mean power like no other amp can provide. I've never had a problem with the craftsmanship or quality of the amp in any way.

Weaknesses:
Can't find an SMT4075 to accompany my D300HC. Everyone is right, the company's customer service is horrible.

Summary:
This is one incredible amp. Anyone who has ever or is ever going to buy a Stroker 18"DVC . . . look no further. This amp puts out so much clean power that coupled with the 3" voice coil and 31 lb. magnet of the Stroker it puts out obnoxiously loud AND tight bass. Unless you run two amps to the DVC, I don't can't think of any other amp that could push a C.V. like this one. Its amazing.

Year / Model Reviewed:
2002 d300HC

Strengths:
Amps is small but carries a big punch, No one really has it so you are different, It doesn't get hot.

Weaknesses:
there must be one or two but i haven't seen any.

Summary:
I have this amp hooked up to (4) 2 ohm Kicker 12" L7's. I can say i have one of the most powerful systems around. I am running this amp at .25 ohm stable.

Review 4 of 21

Price Paid:  $0.00

Year / Model Reviewed:
 2000

Strengths:
Spooky power, dont have to use 32 batteries to keep up.

Weaknesses:
no warranty after mods(mine were not modded) but you need to be careful where you get the amp.could have been modded even from the shop, and NO WARRANTY.Finding subs to handle the power(even the juggernaughts had problems handling 2 amps to 1 sub at times, juggs have NO warranty)

Summary:
I used these(4 amps to 4 subs, then 2 subs after the redesigning of the "wall") to compete in spl in the pro class, and these amps were good, really good. After 10 yrs,I stopped competing, and i still think mmats is good.I know there are more powerfull amps out there(u.s.amps,)but for the "foot print",they cant be beat.

Used and Abused in spl, Hifonics and Rockford Fosgate(many years ago)

Price Paid:  $0.00

Year / Model Reviewed:
 300hc

Strengths:
power, over 1700 watts rms. pulls less current that any hc amp around.

Weaknesses:
horrible customer service, you have almost no chance of being able to contact mmats pro audio

Summary:
devastating power. this amp runs four 15" rockford hx2's without a problem. I have sent it in for repair, but it was my fault it broke. at max output the amp barely gets warm.
