Review 2 of 4

Price Paid:  $450.00 from local shop

Year / Model Reviewed:
 2001

Strengths:
Strong Solid Build, Underated, Remote

Weaknesses:
I did pay alot but I bought local so if I have any probs its right down the street, but then again its retail is like $800

Summary:
UNDERATED my birthsheet says 1020watts at 2 ohm stereo. It really slams my Kicker CompVr''s. The amp does get too hot to touch but it never shuts off. I like the remote bass knob its good for tuning in on different types of music.

Review 3 of 4

Price Paid:  $400.00

Year / Model Reviewed:
 2000

Strengths:
Underrated, never shutoof, powerful

Weaknesses:
Gets really hot, not the best sq amp

Summary:
Good amp if you can get it under $350, if not, thers better out there with more power. Mine never did overheat, like many peeps have problems with. I managed to strip one of the end cap screws by hand, and that was a pain, other than that it worked fine until the day i fried it. Not really a big sq amp tho, but at least it was nice and underrated, used it to push 2 ported punch hx2''s, and it was louder than people with 2 12w3''s around here. Im proly goona go with a concept 1200 watt class d to replace it.

Review 4 of 4

Price Paid:  $450.00 from Local Audio Store

Year / Model Reviewed:
 1999 Dodge Ram Sport

Strengths:
Durable! When my speakers beg for more power the amp has absolutely no problem giving it. In fact, it the amp that just keeps giving. Has not heated up on me at all and I have had no problems whatsoever.

Weaknesses:
You have got to be kidding me.

Summary:
Jeez!!! After using this amp I think I am definately in debt to RF for making such an incredible product. This amp is so powerful and it just keeps on giving power. It looks really cool and it is so freaking durable. I could toss it out of an airplane and it probably would not even phase it. I definately recommend this to anyone considering an amplifier. Oh! And another thing! RF really underrates its amplifiers because they are a competition company. Even though it says "800Watts" when you open the box you''ll most likely get a birth certificate with a tested output of 950 to 1100 Watts. Insanely Cool!!! A must have for anyone considering a high end system.
