Strengths:
Very, very powerful when bridged so don't use cheap subs or it will blow them out!

Weaknesses:
I havent found any yet.

Summary:
I just got this amp one day ago because I traded my Punch 301X for this 500a2 and this amp really pounds like sooo hard it's no joke! I need a higher a higher watt handling sub because I'm using a 10" kicker solobaric (round one) and this poor sub is getting beat! I recommend this amp to anyone looking for lots of power for subbing!

Strengths:
can u say bass had to buy new tweeters to hear vocals over bass i turn it up all the way i hit 126 db girlfriend hates it i love it cause she cant talk when its cranked up!!!!!

Weaknesses:
it didnt come with remote control if anyone knows where ican get please let me know

i was given this amp and a ported enclosure with 2 jl audio 12 s in it ported

Summary:
there must be something wrong here. After reading all the other reviews i am confused. I have the punch driving 2 JL Audio 10W6's in sealed box.When I turn it up and it's just sounding like the subs are hitting their stride the sound starts getting all out of shape. I'm going to try driving only one sub.

Small, powerful, cheap.

Weaknesses:
Gets hot, especially if dropped to 2 ohms

Summary:
Pushes 4 JL10wOs. 141 dB. Really good amp in my opinion, but dont pay too much.

Summary:
92' toyota 4runner, 2 autotek 12's 1 punch 500a2. I roll around town and just when I think I 'm not bumpin' A Family of Four Has To Roll Their windows up.
