2002 360.4 Summary:
I have had this amp for a while now and have never had a problem. But one day while installing some damping material the RCA came loose when being moved. I took it back into the dealer who is no longer a dealer and explained my woes. He shipped it in over a month ago and here I am still, with no amp. The dealer also said that he had never sent a Zapco amp back to the factory in the 5 years he was a dealer. Lucky me I’m the first. The Zapco people are now trying not to warranty the amp even though it not 3 years old. I was also told that Zapco, being a small corporation has limited resources and speed of deliveries and repairs is not something they should be known for.
I want it to be known that when my amp does get back I will still consider it the best amp on the face of the earth. This is an amp that will make mediocre speakers sound great, and good speakers sound phenomenal. I am currently in the process of saving for a sub amp, and there is no other better brand than Zapco.
