Review 1 of 2 Strengths: Pretty good power, 4V preouts, front input (when it works). Price was good, I got the deck and 8-disc changer for about $320. Weaknesses: Face plate is kind of flimsy, steering wheel remote control does not work (I think it was made for cars which have the steering wheel on the right side). Summary: This deck puts out good power, and had lots of features, some good, some worthless. Bass was good, and the 4V preouts send clean sound to the amplifiers. I had a portable MP3 player that I connected and disconnected many times to the front input (which is one of it's good features), but after a while when I connected it, there was a lot of noise and the sound was distorted in the left channel. I had to resort to getting a cassette adapter to connect the MP3 player to the stereo, but then I couldn't change the volume or anything without ejecting the adapter and closing the face plate. I sent it in because it was under warranty, but they didn't fix it right. I recently upgraded to the excellent CDC-MP3. Similar Products Used: The Aiwa CDC-MP3 is better, although it is not in the same class.
