This is one of the best sounding cd/tuner headunits ive seen, used, or heard for the price you pay for the unit. Its has supperior skip resistance and can push a lot of power to 4 ohm speakers.

Strength:

The sound quality, the pop off face. and lighted up display at night I have had this radio in two cars and lived in three seperate cities and all my friends and family love this radio. I love the company asoon as it hit the shelves. I also work at walmart. In this past two weeks of school starting I sold 10 Aiwa's home stero system over their maker sony, and Phillips. Awia is the best way to go to get ur monies worth. But if you having problems with urs remember not all products work. (look at microsoft) How many patches do they have? Seriously Awia is a great company and especially how the give you the power that us young kids need today.

Weakness:

None

I would totally recommend it! unless ur a person that doesn't like great sound quality. Then make other lower quality stuff out their like (phillips, Panasonic, GE, Toshiba, lener sounds) Though if you want the highest quality stick with Sony and Awia!!!

Strength:

The Aiwa has a nice looking face.

Weakness:

The cd player always ejects the cd and switches to radio. It always seems to do this after about a hours worth of playing. It didnt do this at first but now is just gettin worse and worse. I would never recommend this cd player to anyone. I have a nice system and it just brings it down.

i paid 150.00 dollars at my local best buy. Again...this cd player is BAD...almost just as bad as having stock in my truck.

I would recommend nearly anything besides this awia cd player. It work good for about 3 weeks before having problems.

Input jack for cassette player. Extremely affordable. Didn't skip on very bumpy road.

$150.00 installed. Couldn't do better in this low end price range.

Skips, slow cd "eye", there is no way to make clock stay on

This cd receiver is the worst ive ever experienced. First of all, it often spits out cds when switching from radio to cd mode. Second, the cd eye is so slow that it takes almost 15 seconds for it to find the next track when skipping though. And to top it off, the clock can not be displayed for more than 3 seconds. There is no way to leave it on. This is extremely annoying. I took it back after a week.

CD Player is the worst I have ever heard skips all the time over the slightest bumps

This was the worst CD system for a car I have ever seen. I have a protable CD player that does a better job. The Cd's Skip over the smallest bump. I Will never buy a car stero from this maker again.
