from E-Bay Year / Model Reviewed: 2004 Alpine CDA-9815 Summary: I used to own a Panasonic MP3/WMA CD player, it was decent but didnt have the sound or options I wanted. I invested some money into this little gem and it was well worth it. Oh and let me explain a few of the "Weaknesses" left by other reviews. First of all, the buttons cant fade out b/c they are a clear plastic not white paint type stuff. Second, the screen wont die out or fade out, ive used many alpines and never once had a display problem, lastly, the "No Support" problem.. read the manual. Strengths: Many options, nice look, amazing sound, worth everything dollar I payed.. Weaknesses: I had trouble with a CD-R I burned. It had about 150 songs on it. When I went to put it on the last track from the first, it had alot of trouble reading it. Not too big a deal though. Similar Products Used: older alpine models then went to blaupunkt for awhile, then panasonic (haha what a joke), and back to Alpine..
