Strengths:
This is a good affordable head unit. For the price, it has good power, good features, and good quality. The CD player is impossible to skip and the radio tunes extremely well. I love the aux input so that I can hook up my portable minidisc player for a multi source system.

Weaknesses:
The manual type buttons on the removable face always has that risk of breaking, which makes the radio close to useless. I also don't like the way you have to go through every source (CD, FM, AM, INPUT) to switch.

Summary:
The Miami Beach is a good head unit for those looking to replace a stock head unit to upgrade to a CD player or want a little more power. There are much fancier units out there, but this one does the job and for the relatively low price I paid it was well worth it.

Similar Products Used:
Pioneer DEH-2100. I liked the Miami Beach better because of the buttons and look.
