Strengths:
Good sound, easy to use, cool KeyCard feature, lo/hi eq, smart bass, great recepetion.

Weaknesses:
It is impossible to see in daylight, and would not mount in my Nissan Pathfinder without major modifications. Plus I was wanting a unit that match the interior lights at night inside, every site I visted said it was white, it is ORANGE.

Summary:
Great radio, just make sure that it will fit, it is not your typical DIN unit. The fold down face likes to sticking out from the dash, and in the daylight hours, you can forget about easy to adjust, you just can not see the display, even after adjusting the digital angle adjustment of this unit. The conditions that would be perfect for this unit would be in a dark tinited sports car with orange display at night.

Similar Products Used:
Clarion ADCS-1 (the ultimate in a adjustable system), and JVC and Clarion Double Din units.

Review 2 of 2

Strengths:
Has great sound, lots-o-power! The programmable options are a very cool feature- and they get saved on the card. Instead of removing the face just take your card, but I would forget it in the house all the time! Love the rotary know.

Weaknesses:
Some of the features were a pain to access b/c of the menus and buttons. Couldn't see the face very well during the day, I have a moonroof. But I have had this problem with many units.

Summary:
paid $350 from crutchfield. Don't want a face to carry, instead a smart card, like the idea of programming many-many features on your radio, and want some great power and setup options, this could for for you!

I have actually returned it for a different model, the Casablanca, should be waiting at home for me today! I didn't like the way of accessing all the settings. Also Casablanca has sound presets I am looking for.

Similar Products Used:
kenwood, jvc, bl- much nicer, more power and better sound, rotary knob
