Review 2 of 4

Price Paid:  $123.00 from New image car hifi

Year / Model Reviewed:
1999 KD-LX110R

Summary:
The reason I joined this forum was to say how great these El Chamelion stereos are. I buy and sell a lot of car hifi and these far out rank the likes of Sony, Kenwood and Alpine for the same money. I have had 3 of these now but get a model with the subwoofer line out as it is sooo easy to control from the heat unit. My number one

Strengths:
Easy to control and BBE works a treat, No problem with forgeting to take the face off because it hides away, Trick looking.

Weaknesses:
even when the stereo is turned off it looks like a stereo is still fitted but you have a security code which you can turn on or off

Similar Products Used:
I can't name them all but more than 50

Price Paid:  $260.00 from circuit city

Year / Model Reviewed:
2000 KD-LX10

Summary:
THe anti-theft method of this CD player isn't what it's made up to be. Mine was jacked last weekend because you can not take the faceplate off. It's a great radio though I miss it.

Review 4 of 4

Price Paid:  $250.00 from Circuit City

Summary:
This is a great stereo for any car. Though it is now oudated as I write this, I just thought I would like to give props for the 3 years its given me. No problems at all, and runs my amp/subs great.

Strengths:
Good display, leader in the market at the time

Weaknesses:
Can't keep up w/ today's HU's.

Similar Products Used:
Alpine, Sony, Pioneer... etc..
