from Bestbuy @ Austin, Te Year / Model Reviewed: 2003 Kenwood KDC-MP922 Summary: This is the best deck I have ever used by far. The 5 volt subwoofer output is very clean, and the display can be angled, as well as the keypad (both can be changed)... the button colors can be changed, as well as many different text colors... also the audioscreensavers are okay, but don't buy this based on those. The best feature by far is the self-hiding faceplate (you can turn this off, as well as remove it completely) Strengths: -23watts RMS output x 4
-5volt x 3 Pre-Amp Output RCA
-self-hiding faceplate
-track seeking is very fast with mp3 (you can also seek within a song)
-great high/low pass cutoffs Weaknesses: -Screen hard to read during daytime (in an angled install like a firebird)
-SRS-WOW can make your audio sound worse if you use it wrong, but also can make it sound better---depends on the song Similar Products Used: Jenson - worst
Sony - second worst
JVC - good
Pioneer - excellent
Kenwood - best
