Review 5 of 5 Strengths: -The anti-shock works! -Reasonably priced Weaknesses: -Lacks features -Plain display Summary: I paid $230 Cndn. I find that it's missing a few features that I didn't realize I used so much on my other cd/receiver. For one, I don't like having to turn on the player to eject disks, the other is lack of a pause/play option. It does have a mute, but doesn't stop play unless switched to radio mode or shut off. Otherwise, this player seems to work well. The anti-shock is infallable so far, and it rides in a weekend offroader. I've hit deep ruts, which would have skipped my Alpine, as well as washboard, never missed a beat. This is what I bought it for, so I'd recommend it as a reasonably priced cd/receiver that provides decent sound, with the anti-shock technology. For audiophiles, well, it won't have all of the features you may want, but you get what you pay for. I rated the value higher than the overall because the anti-shock really works.
