Review 3 of 3 Year / Model Reviewed: chevy blazer Strengths: Good sound. The thing never skips. I have put it through hell and back with my 4 wheel drive blazer and not once has it skipped. I was surprised how cool this thing looks too. It is sleek and simple. I like it that way. The control nob feels good to the touch and again is simple to use. Oh yeah, the remote control is sweet, small and, you guessed it, simple. The bright green display is visible in any kind of lighting situation. They say that when the ESP is turned on there is a bit more distortion, but I cannot tell if it is on or off. Weaknesses: I am running infinity 50.2cs seperates and although they sound good using the 40 watts max/21 RMS power there is a bit of distortion after increasing volume over 30. I think the CQ-DPG625 has 50 watts max/26 RMS. I am saving for a good amp for em.. Summary: I would recommend it to anyone who A) enjoys baja surfing adventures B) lives/travels on the hell roads in Mexico C) Likes to jump their vehicles over sand dunes in Mexico. Basically My opinion of this receiver is high. I paid 349.00 from crutchfield. I know that I could have bought it cheaper, but hey, four easy payments makes it easier when buying a system. Good luck.. Similar Products Used: none
