Review 1 of 7

Price Paid:  $180.00 from a store in Grand Pra

Year / Model Reviewed:
1997 Deh p3360

Summary:
I have had this head unit ever since around 5-6 years ago, and it has never failed me it works as if it is brand new! It will read even the most scratched cd's i have which other head units won't. It has so many different controls in which you can fix your music quality an even make it better. If i was to choose from a Pioneer and an Alpine head unit i would go for the Pioneer. Not just cause i have one but because pioneer makes the best units.

Strengths:
all

Weaknesses:
none

Similar Products Used:
Sony Explode

Review 2 of 7

Price Paid:  $80.00 from Ebay

Year / Model Reviewed:
2002 Pioneer DEH-P3300

Summary:
Changed my views on pioneer,I figured if you can buy it at walmart it cant be that good, now the 3300 cant be purchased at walmart mind you, but pioneer can. I always owned alpine or kenwood or clarion or sony, hell even a few Jvc's . but the features on this baby are incrediable, crystal clear sound , great fine tuning adjustments. made me a pioneer fan for good, easily adjusted great power the 50 watt mosfet amp built in is very powerful, rivals my alpine. you can pick one of these up for under 150 get it yopu will not be dissapointed, ive got it running , audiopipe 5 1/4's, and Ample Audio 6x9's, along with two sets of infinity Tweeters, and a Autotek Sub. man this thing is perfect for getting perfection out of a full setup. this thing outdoes my clarion, and it cost new well over 350 bucks!

Strengths:
Perfection. pioneer really outdid themself

Weaknesses:
none,

Review 3 of 7

Price Paid:  $0.00 from came with car, bough

Year / Model Reviewed:
 3300

Summary:
Great sound, many features, and simple to use.

Strengths:
Free, simplicity, and rare skipping

Weaknesses:
For the first 1.5 years I had it, no problems at all. Now, for some reason, after about 15 minuates of play, I can hear the the laser mechanism go nuts inside the player. It sounds like its scratching the hell outta my cd, but thankfully it doesnt. So now im off to find a new deck.

Similar Products Used:
Looking for something comparable. So far: Pioneer 3500 and Panasonic DF203U. Or most mid-priced JVCs.

Price Paid:  $200.00 from Sears

Year / Model Reviewed:
 2002 DEH P3300

Summary:
This is a really really good cd player for the price. all of the seperate Equalizer settings are really nice on this radio. Another nice thing about this radio is that it allows you to control bass, and treble seperately for the front, and the rear speakers. THis radio has so many different features on it, it's not even funny. lol. all in all, I totally recommend this cd player!

Strengths:
Great Cd player. Will reallymake your speakers sound as good as they possibly can. (if you tune the radio correctly)

Weaknesses:
None

Review 5 of 7

Price Paid:  $130.00 from dealer

Year / Model Reviewed:
 2002, twingo

Summary:
The product is very well equiped in a technical sense. It has very clear sound, you can hear every instrument perfectly. You can play around with EQ. options but I''m using the custom sound withou SFEQ. I think it''s the most natural sound. I am well pleased with this product becose of what this product can give you for its price. I''m using it with the Magnat Stratos 216 system speakers. It fits perfectly together, becouse I can control the speakers with freq. control.

Strengths:
It has great power handling. The MOSFET chip is kicking ass, and rotary controler is great idea.

Weaknesses:
Only weakness is a plastic front grill. It can be easealy scratched.
