Price Paid:  $280.00 from Best Buy

Summary:
Excellent unit. Replaced CD/AM/FM unit that came factory, and difference in sound quality was staggering. When used without sub, with premium factory speakers, sound reproduction is very clear. Some distortion in the extreme highs, but that''s most likely due to the speakers. Easy to use interface, very good radio reception, and very clear sound, especially with audiophile recordings. This deck isn''t the flashiest on the market, so if you''re looking for dolphins swimming around while you drive, look elsewhere. But if you''re in the market for a deck that simply sounds good, and you can still find one of these, I''d highly recommend it.

Strengths:
Excellent sound, easy to use interface. Display easy to read day and night. Built-in amp sounds good and has no problem with high volumes. Enough radio presets for a good sized city. High quality, right down to the buttons.

Weaknesses:
Preset and eject buttons can be hard to push with gloves on. Equalizer switch can be bumped when changing volume.
