Review 3 of 4

Price Paid:  $300.00 from Custom Sounds Supers

Year / Model Reviewed:
 2002 Mazda Protege 5

Summary:
I think this changer is one of the best. I''ve had it in 3 different automobiles and have yet to be dissapointed. Eclipse has put their sound technology into this unit, making sound quality just as good as it sounds from the deck. If you are willing to pay for quality, not quantity, this deck would be a great addition to your arsenal.

Strengths:
Non-skip. My head unit has skipped more times than this changer has. Very compact for an 8-disc changer. Unparalleled sound quality from other CD changers I listend to on the same equipment. Very easy control from a compatible Eclipse head unit (have the 5441).

Weaknesses:
None so far.

Similar Products Used:
Kenwood and Pioneer changers (Sony and Toshiba parts)

Review 4 of 4

Price Paid:  $350.00

Year / Model Reviewed:
 1999

Summary:
This is the fastest changer I have seen. It is easy to load and doesn't skip unless you really hit a bump hard. It is pretty small and I was able to fit it into the glove compartment of my 98 contour. A very good changer and an excellent compliment to any Eclipse head unit. Highly Recommended.

Strengths:
Nice looks, high speed disc changing, small enough to fit in my glove compartment

Weaknesses:
none

Similar Products Used:
None
