Review 2 of 4

Price Paid:  $125.00 from Ebay

Summary:
Just put this in yesterday, and this is the BEST investment I've ever made!!! The effect on SQ was immediate and amazing, with enough flexibility and features to keep my anal sense of precision happy.

Strengths:
Easy to install/wire, many features make for virtually unlimited fine-tuning of sound. Sharp looking exterior.

Weaknesses:
None that I can think of, but if I have to pick on something, I'll just say you need to have a bit of patience when working with the slides, and the +/-12 dB tuning drops to +/-8 dB when working in "11+2" mode.

Review 3 of 4

Price Paid:  $100.00

Year / Model Reviewed:
 1999?

Summary:
I love this EQ, as I did my old Alpine. Given the choice, I'd swing to Alpine but I got a great deal on this Kenwood. No regrets! It's a great addition to any system, night and day difference. Buy online and you'll always feel good about buying it. I'm not into digital EQs, can't tell any difference in SQ and the extra lights scream, "Steal me!" Works great for me, would recommend to anyone. Bottom line- paying retail, buy the Alpine, online- whichever is cheaper. Can't go wrong.

Strengths:
Flexibility, adjustability, adds to sound quality at all times, looks trick.

Weaknesses:
finicky slides, combine with a crossover and you can have TOO MUCH adjustability. No biggie, just takes more time to tweak.

Review 4 of 4

Summary:
I cannot live without the graphic equlizer in my car for real. Everyone knows that every cd is recorded at different levels but this product keeps the music sounding the same and leaves room for individual tastes and moods. I love it to death and sorry when I sell the car this goes with me:)

Strengths:
Good illumination many settings to ensure most audio listening preferences are met. Accurately adjusts the levels for the subs, front, and rear speakers independently. A true gem and neccesity for those whos audio listening tastes are dynamic

Weaknesses:
...??beats me! Actually, when operating in 11 channel mode you can only make adjustments to +/-8 instead of the normal +/-12.
