Well made...powerful...richer and darker tone than any other 8 inch musical instrument speaker. Online it can be purchased for 159...it's a great deal. Weaknesses:
I have found no weaknesses, other than in marketing: most musicians have never heard of it. Summary:

This speaker is intended to be used in serious guitar and bass applications.
