Review 1 of 3

Price Paid:  $270.00

Year / Model Reviewed:
 1998

Strengths:
Great sounding bass, pretty good delivery overall.

Weaknesses:
Clarity most of all, but clearer to the others...

Summary:
Overall, better than the mediocre brands. I run the RM6s in the rear of my integra straight from my Pioneer DEH-P5200 receiver. They're pretty good speakers, considering the power handling at peak 200W and RMS of 50W.

Where these speakers set themselves apart from the competition is the ability to produce smooth sounding low and high bass. The other "usual suspects" don't provide that much low frequency. I'm planning to run these through my Phoenix Gold Amp pretty soon, and I'll write another review about how that sounds...

Overall, a pretty good dal

Weaker low end other than that none.

Summary:
Paid $185 for these at TMS electronics. Best non-compent speakers I bought. Much better than Pioneers,Sonys,Etc.

Review 3 of 3

Year / Model Reviewed:
 1999

Strengths:
Price vs. quality is good.

Weaknesses:
Flat thin sound.

Summary:
I would recommend springing for the Pro-Series. These speakers just don't quite do it. Stong Mid-Low but really lacking as you go up the MHZ scale. I am running them with an Xtant 404m at a rated 50 watts. I think I am going to end-up putting them in the rear of my car and sticking a pair of MB Quart speakers up front. You may have better luck with an amp that is a little colder and colors the high-end more - like a/d/s/.
Definately better than anything by the usual suspects (infinity/JBL/Alpine/etc) though.
